These are the benefits you get from the course

Relief from pregnancy strain

Calves, thighs and back carry most of the physical load. Classical and lymphatic massage eases pain, reduces swelling and improves circulation.

Better Sleep

Relaxed muscles and a calm nervous system lay the foundation for better sleep, more valuable than ever during pregnancy.

Open chest, lighter shoulders

Deep tissue work opens the chest, releases tension in the shoulders and neck, and supports better posture as pregnancy progresses.

Head-to-toe care

Feet, palms, face, scalp and base of skull, calming touch that quiets the mind and soothes the nervous system.

Connection through touch

Pregnancy can feel distant, especially for the partner. Touch is a concrete way to be present and share the journey together.

Preparing for birth

A relaxed lower back and pelvic area supports the birthing process. The course gives partners a concrete role as the due date approaches.

Less stress, more calm

Together you learn techniques that calm the nervous system and reduce anxiety, one of the most important gifts of pregnancy.

Recovery after birth

The skills you learn carry through after birth, the same techniques support recovery, circulation and emotional wellbeing.

Practical information

Wear comfortable shorts and a loose t-shirt – everything else is provided on site. We respect the privacy of every pair and individual; massage is always practised with your own partner.

We recommend learning the techniques with oil on bare skin for best results, but they can also be practised over clothing. Privacy screens are available if needed.
